A interior in my kitchen looking out into the garden on a rather sunny day. That chappy on the table is very handsome. I like to paint in a semi abstract 2 dimensional way, and just love odd angles and quirky additions. The cushion on the chair is a vintage find from an antiques fair, it is a liberty fabric one and I absolutely love it....... Belper Art Trail 1st and 2nd May over the May Bank Holiday weekend. I am in VENUE 17 in the post office at the CO-OP on Strutt Street in Belper, so fairly central. I really am looking forward to seeing everyone both visitors and artists alike, come along take a look and have a chat. I am standing with another painter - Nicola Crook. I will be posting regularly as best I can with time, as I am away working in Whitby for a week (Whitby Goth Fest) and back just a few days before the Trail. So much to do and so little time.....
