TERMS OF SALE
We are Julie Leggett Art, of Nethergreen House, Bonsall, Derbys. DE42AH. By placing an order you are entering a legally binding contract with Julie Leggett on the following terms.

PAYMENT
Payment must be made upon placement of the order. A contract is formed as soon as you have made that payment. Our online payment facility allows you to pay by PayPal or via debit or credit card using the PayPal portal.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery costs for smaller items will be calculated at checkout, and are based on standard pricing per delivery address depending on geographical location. Items are usually sent by Royal Mail.
Current prices are as follows:
UK: £2.50
Europe: £4.00
Rest of World: £10.00
Larger items are sent by carrier, normally MyHermes.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK
If you would like to purchase any of my original artwork, then please contact me before placing an order, so that we may advise you as to shipping methods and costs.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
United Kingdom: 2-10 business days
Europe: 2-10 business days
USA: 5-10 business days
Rest of World: 15 business days
Most items are shipped within 2 days of order, however the current Covid-19 situation means that we cannot guarantee our indicated shipping times. We will contact you however if we believe that there may be any delay.

ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
If you refuse a valid delivery or the goods can’t be delivered due to a mistake on your part (eg you entered the wrong address) and the goods are returned to us, then we will refund your payment less the cost of the delivery to you.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong goods, or they are damaged, you must let us know as soon as possible using the contact details below.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order at any time up until 14 days after you have received your order. If you would like to cancel then you must contact us within that time using the contact details below.
You can only return goods which are in their original undamaged state. You must return the goods to us within 14 days and pay for the cost of the return delivery.
Upon receipt of the unwanted goods, we will refund your original payment for goods and delivery charges within 14 days.
