About the event
In the workshop we will be making a heart hanging, adding embroidery and beads. The hanging will be 2 or 3D you may choose when you arrive, selecting from the samples that will be available to make your choice. The workshop is aimed at inspiring your own creativity and materials available will be varied so that your finished piece will be individual to you.
Materials are provided; we will add a word which will emphasise the love for the month of February (Valentine's month) e.g. Love, welcome, home or other. The words will will enhance the meaning and capture the essence of the love that permeates through your stitched piece.
The connections we forge give our life meaning, the same applies to our heart or home textile piece that we will work on. Your finished piece will be completed with tassel hanging or finished to be a hanging. Full instruct…
